Once you place your order, the product handling time is 1-2 business day after purchase, and delivery will take around 2-4 business days. Shipment times vary per order, please bare with us. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!
I received a Faulty Item! What will I do now?
If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it along with your order number. If the item deliver to you would be faulty, we'll send you a free reshipment. All we'd need would be a picture of the faulty item.
Wrong size received! What to do now?
If you've received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We've seen in most of the cases that the wrong size if selected by our customers when they place the order. In cases like those, please contact support so that we can guide with the process of exchanges in this case.
If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment :) Just let us know with a picture of it and we'll be there to get it done for you.
