Refund, Return, or Cancellation Policy

1. Return Policy
You have 7 days to return a product from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the original packaging.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as perishable goods, gift cards, and personalized products are non-returnable.
